We know you have questions, and we have answers! Here are some of our most asked questions.
Do I pay all at once?
Nope! A first payment of 50% is due at time of booking. The remaining payment is due 7 days before your event date.
Do you provide the alcohol?
To adhere to Missouri liquor laws we do not provide the alcohol for your event. We are able to “serve” alcohol, but we’re not able to “sell” it. We will send you a shopping list for the beer, wine and liquor that we recommend based on the size of your event, hours of service and menu that you’ve chosen.
Can an alcohol selling business rent the trailer as a satellite?
Absolutely! The business will need to have a Liquor License, as well as General and Liquor Liability Insurance. Businesses will pay a flat rate for the trailer rental.
Do you travel?
Yes! Anything outside of the 15 mile radius of Columbia, MO will have a $2/mi fee and will be applied to your final cost.
Are you insured?
Yes, we maintain General Liability Insurance as well as Liquor Liability Insurance.
Do you just do weddings?
Nope! We do all sorts of events. We are happy to serve at any type of private event within our travel range. For example other events could be fundraisers, holiday parties, baby showers.
Most of our guests don’t drink. Do you have a package for that?
Either of our current packages would work well for this - we would switch all alcohol for NA drinks or mocktails.
